Classic is a series of trailers basing on a proven constructions. The walls and roof are made of strenghten walls called sandwich. The name sandwich came from the structure of the panel, which is divided into three layers:

1. Laminate, 2 mm thick (made of fiberglass, polyester resin, and materials that provide color and the outer surface).

   
   

2. XPS, 20 mm thick (XPS foam – short for Extruded Polystyrene, commonly known in Poland as Styrodur – is a modern thermal insulation material made from extruded polystyrene).

3. Laminate, 2 mm thick (made of fiberglass, polyester resin, and compounds that provide color and the outer surface finish).

!!! Our models feature aluminum reinforcements in the roof, which make the structure stiffer and able to withstand greater forces.

The trailers are available in the following sizes:

Length: from 200 cm to 600 cm

Width: from 200 cm to 250 cm

Trailer wall height: standard 220 cm

(It is possible to construct trailers with greater height)

All of them feature aluminum finishing, which prevents corrosion. The trailer has a sleek, clean-lined appearance.

All trailers in the series feature a steel frame that has been hot-dip galvanized. Its durability is estimated at around 15 years. The floor is made of 3rd-generation OSB, protected underneath with a moisture-resistant layer. In our models, the floor is flat (at no extra cost), allowing you to fully utilize the available space.

The trailer construction is fully glued and notched, which makes their durability and strength unmatched!

All our products come with full documentation and are made entirely from materials that are safe for contact with food.
